Seed catalogs started arriving last week, so I've been marking them up and flipping through cookbooks, dreaming about spring. But until then...

A hot cocoa recipe that looks like a major step up from my old standby recipe.

After 8 years, I've started making my own kimchi, using this recipe.

I brought home a bag of mussels and cooked them using the "recipe" listed as a note under item #3, right here. Perfect.
